• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at our discretion (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues). In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled slot or a full refund.

Aarin Pandit exclusively provides digital services (live video/audio calls and digital PDF reports). No physical products, amulets, or gemstones are shipped. Delivery timelines for written reports are communicated at the time of purchase and sent directly via email or WhatsApp.

5. Client Conduct

We enforce a strict policy of mutual respect. Any abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior during a live consultation, via WhatsApp, or through email will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund, and a permanent ban from all future services.
