1. Service-Based Nature

Aarin Pandit provides personalized astrological consultations and custom digital reports based on highly specific individual data. Because our services require immediate manual chart preparation and detailed analysis, we enforce a strict refund policy.

2. The 30-Minute Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation and receive a full refund strictly within 30 minutes of placing your booking or order.

To request a cancellation within this window, you must immediately message us on WhatsApp (+91 98963 90788) or email us with your booking details. Once the 30-minute window has passed, the astrological analysis process begins, and we cannot process a cancellation or issue a refund.

3. Delivered Services

Once a live consultation has been conducted or a digital PDF report has been delivered to your email or WhatsApp, the service is considered "consumed." Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for delivered services.

4. Accurate Birth Data

It is entirely the client’s responsibility to provide accurate birth data (Date, Time, and Place of Birth) at the time of booking. If an incorrect chart is generated due to inaccurate information provided by the client, no refunds or free re-calculations will be provided. A new booking must be made.

5. Merchant Cancellations

In the rare event that Aarin Pandit is unable to fulfill a consultation due to technical issues, personal emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified immediately and offered the choice of an immediate priority reschedule or a full refund.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds (within the 30-minute window or initiated by us) will be processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 working days.
